Short Term Goals:

  • Graduate from SPCC with my Associates in Science

  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Become a better communicator.

  • Develop my research skills

  • Become a better paper writer as well as develop my skills with APA/MLA format

  • Develop as a student by working on my core skills.

  • Turn all of my assignments in on time.

  • Make it to every class​

Long Term Goals:

  • Transfer to CPCC for Physical Therapy Assistance for the 2017 Fall Semester

  • Graduate from CPCC in Fall of 2019

  • Work as a PTA for a year before deciding if I want to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

  • Get my bachelor's degree in order to move into the DPT program

  • Go to school for physical therapy and graduate by 2022.

  • Maintain good grades throughout my entire college career

Personal Goals

  • Get married before the age of 25

  • Have children before the age of 30

  • Establish my career before the age of 30

  • Travel Europe before I reach the age of 50

  • Become a homeowner before the age of 40

  • Make an impact in the supplement industry

  • Go to all 50 states before I am 40

  • Visit all seven wonders of the world before the age of 60

Each of these goals that I have listed is either an educational or personal goal of mine. Each of them will challenge me in one way or another. I have always enjoyed challenging myself. I find it enjoyable when I accomplish something that I have set out to do, and I hope that I am able to accomplish everything on this list by the timeframe that I gave myself.

Professional Goals

  • Go to school for business to pursue owning my own gym

  • Do some job shadowing in Physical Therapy and Nutrition

  • Own my own gym, in which I would like to incorporate physical therapy as well as nutrition. I would like to have this done by the time I reach 50 years of age.

  • Possibly work in the supplement industry, and make my own supplements or own my own supplement company.

  • Work as a nutritionist/personal trainer
